Greenlaw Realty is a real estate brokerage with offices in Detroit Lakes, MN and Ham Lake, MN. Nate Greenlaw is the broker of Greenlaw Realty, LLC and he has been involved in real estate for over 15 years. He started out as a real estate investor buying, rehabbing, and selling houses. He also started accumulating rental properties and really enjoys all aspects of real estate investment. In 2008, he decided that he should also get his real estate license, so he could get paid to buy houses. He worked as a real estate agent from 2008 to 2011 in both Florida and Minnesota, before settling back in Minnesota. In 2011, he opened his own brokerage and now has office in both the Twin Cities and his home town of Detroit Lakes.

We strive to provide excellent service and communication, as that can sometimes be lacking in the industry. We are also able to provide lending services and general contracting services.
